officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 28,
2023 at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the company;
- on amending a major interested party transaction;
- on choosing an auditing organization.
