/KASE, October 19, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network
Company JSC (Aqtau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general
meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 16, 2023 at 11:00 o'clock,
with the agenda as follows:
- on approval of the company's adjusted budget for 2023;
- on early termination of powers of a member of the company's Board of
Directors;
- on the election of a member of the company's Board of Directors.
