Schedule of events at corporate debt market of Kazakhstan on March 1 - 7 of 2004

March 1 - actual date on which DB Alfa-Bank OJSC (Almaty) pays the fourth coupon to holders of indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of the first issue (KZ2CKY06A497, KASE's official "A" listing category, ALBNb1; KZT15,000, KZT1,500.0 m.; February 28, 02 - February 28, 08; semi-annual coupon 9.0% APR). In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be equivalent of USD443.7 th. in tenge at the current stock exchange's rate effective on payment date. March 1 the list of holders of indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of Astana- finance OJSC (Astana) of the second issue (KZ2CKY03A510, KASE's official "A" listing category, ASFIb2; KZT100, KZT4,500.0 m.; April 1, 02 - April 1, 05; semi-annual coupon 9.0% APR) is recorded to pay the fourth coupon. On March 1 - April 1 of 2004 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. March 1 the list of holders of indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY07A503, KASE's official "A" listing category, CCBNb2; KZT15,000, KZT1,500.0 m.; April 1, 02 - April 1, 09; semi-annual coupon 10.0% APR) is recorded to pay the fourth coupon. On March 1 - April 1 of 2004 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. March 1 the list of holders of indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of NC Kazatomprom CJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY05A523, KASE official "A" listing category, KZAPb1; KZT100, KZT2,300.0 m.; April 1, 02 - April 1, 07; semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR) is recorded to pay the fourth coupon. On March 1 - April 1 of 2004 the bonds will be quoted at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. March 1 TEXAKABANK OJSC pays fifth coupon on its subordinated bonds of the first issue (KZ2CKY05A416; official "A" listing of KASE, TXBNb1; KZT1,000, KZT1,500.0 m; September 1, 01 - September 1, 06, semiannual coupon 15.0%APR). March 4 Zhairem Ore Processing Enterprise JSC (Karaganda obl.) pays fourth coupon to holders of its indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of the first issue (KZ2CKY04A484, KASE's official "A" listing category, JGOKb1; KZT10,000, KZT2,300.0 m.; March 4, 02 - March 4, 06; semi-annual coupon 10.0% APR). In case all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be USD775.1 th., which will be paid in tenge equivalent at the current stock exchange's rate effective on payment date. March 6 - the payment date used for calculation of a third coupon that will be distributed to holders of bonds of ARNA OJSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY03A601; official "А" listing category, ARNAb1; KZT10,000, KZT465.0 m; September 9, 02 - September 9, 05; semi annual 13.0%APR).
