/KASE, October 16, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 10, 2023,
the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management
Board:
- excluded: N. Baibazarov – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: M. Yelibayev – acting Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of four persons: M. Yelibayev, B. Abisheva, A.
Sharipov, B. Omarov B.B.
