/KASE, October 16, 2023/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 13,
2023, R. Gapparov was elected to the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Industrial
Development Fund JSC consists of six persons: K. Sharlapaev, N. Baybazarov,
A. Jailaubekova, M. Alkenov, M. Yelibayev, R. Gapparov.
