officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release dated October 13, 2023:

In Q3 of 2023, KazTransOil JSC transported 31.1 thousand tons of Russian oil
through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan
on the route "Omsk – Pavlodar – Shymkent – Shagyr oil loading rack" (loading
into railway tanks).
Note, that in the Q1 of 2023 KazTransOil JSC transited 10.7 thousand tons of
Russian oil to the Republic of Uzbekistan through the main oil pipelines system,
and in Q2 of 2023 – 37.9 thousand tons.
In October, the transit volume of Russian oil through the territory of the Republic
of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan will be 25 thousand tons.
KazTransOil JSC transports Russian oil through the territory of the Republic of
Kazakhstan
to the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the oil delivery schedule
approved by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
