/KASE, October 13, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 11, 2023 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2C00010155 (ASKQb1; $100, $6.0 mln; 3 years; semi-annual
coupon, 9.00 % APR; 30/360) of ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC (Almaty)
in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is October 13, 2023.
Opening of trading in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced later.
