/KASE, October 9, 2023/ – National company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be
held on November 6, 2023 at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- on making changes to the company's Charter of the Board of Directors.
