Forpost LLP), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release dated October 5,
2023:

We hereby inform you that we have received permission from the authorized
body to transfer the subsoil use right and (or) objects related to the subsoil
use right from Block One Company LLP, which owns the Shynasyl-sai deposit in
Almaty region, in favor of Forpost LLP.
Completion of this stage is the basis for concluding agreements for purchase and
sale of the 100 % stake in Block One Company LLP and confirms the intention to
acquire the Shynasyl-sai deposit and build a flotation concentrate processing
plant with a production capacity of 300 thousand tons of ore per year with the
production of commercial lead and zinc concentrate containing gold, silver and
cadmium.
At the same time, we note that as part of the rebranding work carried out,
Forpost LLP was renamed BASS Gold LLP on September 28, 2023.
