/KASE, October 4, 2023/ – Akbakai Gold Resources JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated September 29, 2023, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: Cleghorn Simon James;
- elected: R. Serikbay.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Akbakai Gold
Resources JSC consists of three people: B. Jalolov, R. Serikbay, A. Moon.
