KASE's internal document "Methodology for Determining Liquidity Indicators of
Securities", Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) approved October 2023 lists
of first, second and third liquidity class shares, depositary receipts and
securities of investment funds selected from those listed on KASE (hereinafter –
Securities lists).
The lists of securities were approved by a decision of the Committee for Indices
and Indicators (the Committee) dated September 25, 2023 and generated in
order to apply the norms of KASE's internal documents to the securities
contained in them.
The first liquidity class securities list valid from October 1 to October 31,
2023 consists of 55 securities. Compared with the current list of securities of
the first liquidity class, which was formed for September 2023, the list
includes:
1) shares US4642885135 ("KASE Global" sector, HYG_KZ) iShares iBoxx $
High Yield Corporate Bond ETF;
2) units US78468R6633 ("investment fund securities" sector, US_BIL_) SPDR
Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF;
3) common shares US67066G1040 ("KASE Global" sector, NVDA_KZ) of
NVIDIA Corp.;
4) common shares US1729674242 ("KASE Global" sector, C_KZ) of Citigroup
Inc.;
5) common shares US55261F1049 ("KASE Global" sector, MTB_KZ) of M&T
Bank Corporation.
The following securities were removed from the first-class liquidity list, which
was formed for September 2023:
1) units KZPF00000132 ("securities of investment funds" sector, FHJIag) of
IUIT "allGA" managed by First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC
2) units KZPF00000058 ("securities of investment funds" sector, BCCI_cc) of
IUIT "CenterCredit-Valutny" managed by BCC Invest JSC - a subsidiary of
Bank CenterCredit JSC.
October 2023 lists of first, second and third liquidity class securities are
