/KASE, September 25, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on September 22, 2023,
the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to
include the following bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) in
the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00010098 (BRKZb34; KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 365 days; semi-annual
coupon, the rate will be determined based on the results of the first
successful trading session for the placement of bonds; 30/360);
- KZ2C00010106 (BRKZb35; KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 365 days; semi-annual
coupon, the rate will be determined based on the results of the first
successful trading session for the placement of bonds; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is September 25,
2023.
The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
