Bonds KZ2P00009988 (MFUCb4) of "UNICREDO" MFO passed listing procedure in "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, September 14, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 14, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00009988 ($100, $2.0 mln; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the first under the second bond program of "UNICREDO" MFO LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on July 28, 2023 in the amount of 10.0 million US dollars. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFUCb4. More detailed information on the mentioned bond issue will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-09-14]
