securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the following:

On August 24, 2023, the rating agency S&P Global Ratings affirmed the long-
term credit ratings of Freedom Finance JSC for obligations in foreign and
national currencies at "B" and included them in the list for review with the
possibility of downgrading (Rating Watch Negative).
