/KASE, September 13, 2023/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated
September 11, 2023, K. Kozhakhmetov was elected a member of the bank's
Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of First Heartland
Jusan Bank JSC consists of four persons: G. Yessenov, S. Zhamalov, Zh.
Azbekov, K. Kozhakhmetov.
