/KASE, September 5, 2023/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
August 31, 2023, A. Sabasazhya was elected a member of the Bank's Board of
Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary
Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of four people: D. Bortnikov,
S. Stepanov, I. Shaimardanov, A. Sabasazhya.
