/KASE, September 4, 2023/ – AIFN RETAM JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on August 29,
2023.
The shareholders, among other things, have decided to pay additional dividends
on ordinary and preferred shares for the fourth quarter of 2022 in the amount of
90,000 tenge per share.
