/KASE, September 1, 2023/ – As previously announced, the Listing Commission
of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 31, 2023 decided to include
bonds KZ2C00010023 (PRKRb9; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual
floating coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin will be
determined based on the results of the first successful auctions on the placement
of bonds; 30/360) of National company Food contract corporation JSC
(Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect on September 4, 2023.
The opening of trades in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
