/KASE, September 1, 2023/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 31, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated and separate financial statements for
2022;
- to approve the procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2022 in
the amount of 380,625,569,000 tenge:
- to allocate 58,616,337,626 tenge for payment of dividends;
- to retain 322,009,231,374 tenge at the disposal of the company.
