/KASE, August 31, 2023/ – On August 31, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00010023 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual floating coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds placement; 30/360) of National company Food contract corporation JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is a third one within the second bond program of National company Food contract corporation JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on February 21, 2022 in the amount of KZT100.0 bn. The financial consultant of National company Food contract corporation JSC is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) PRKRb9.
