/KASE, August 31, 2023/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 28, 2023:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company, to re-invest the net
income in the development of the company.
