officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE

On 17 August 2023, Fitch Ratings affirmed the long-term issuer default rating
(IDR) the Company, Kazakhstan, at "B-" with a "Stable" outlook.
In addition, Fitch has upgraded the Company's national long-term rating from
"В+(kaz)" to "BB-(kaz)" and assigned a "Stable" outlook on the rating.
