/KASE, August 24, 2023/ – LOGYCOM JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions
of its sole shareholder dated August 22, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2022;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2022.
The company's sole shareholder made decisions on a total of five agenda items.
