/KASE, August 23, 2023/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
will begin on September 22, 2023 at 15:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the
following issues:
- on approval of the company's revised charter;
- on approval of the revised methodology for determining the value of the
company's shares upon their redemption.
