Bonds KZ2P00009905 (BRBKb1) of BRBAPK passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, August 16, 2023/ – On August 16, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00009905 (KZT1,000, KZT500.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, 20.5 % per annum; 30/360) of BRBAPK LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. These bonds are the debut issue for subsidizing by Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC of the coupon rate on bonds issued by entrepreneurship entities as part of the national project for the development of entrepreneurship for 2021 – 2025. The part of the coupon interest rate subsidized by Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund JSC is 14.5 % per annum, the non-subsidized part is 6 % per annum. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission and the opening of trades in these bonds on KASE will be announced later. The financial consultant of BRBAPK LLP is BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BRBKb1. The main activity of BRBAPK LLP is mixed agriculture.
