/KASE, August 15, 2023/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 31, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's interim separate financial statements for the first
quarter of 2023;
- to approve the payment of dividends on ordinary shares for 2022 and the first
quarter of 2023, the amount of dividend per ordinary share of the company is
KZT110,000.00, the start date for payment of dividends is August 1, 2023.
