/KASE, August 10, 2023/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on September 11, 2023 at 12:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the bank;
- on determining an audit organization to provide services for the auditing of
the bank's separate and consolidated financial statements for 2023;
- on changes in the composition of the bank's Board of Directors.
