"Swiss Capital" MFO raised $5.0 mln on KASE via subscription by placing two-year bonds KZ2P00009947 (MFSCb3) at 10.50 % APR

/KASE, August 4, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2P00009947 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, MFSCb3; $100, $10.0 mln; 04.08.23 – 04.08.25; monthly coupon; 30/360) of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP (Almaty) by way of subscription to them was carried out today in KASE's trading system. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as a seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a par value of USD5,000,000 were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Subscription order were collected on August 4, 2023 from 10:30 to 13:15 o'clock, Astana time. Two members of KASE took part in the trades (number of participants' accounts - 85). A total of 87 limit orders in the amount of USD5.0 mln were submitted to the trading system, of which 85 orders were recognized as active at the end of the order collection. The clean price in submitted active orders amounted to 100.0000 % of the face value (10.50 % per annum). Demand at subscription amounted to 99.1 % of supply. The entire volume of active orders fell on the share of individuals. Based on the placement results, all active orders were executed for the total amount of USD4,957,200.0 (equivalent to KZT2,206,003,572.0). The clean price in the executed orders was 100.0000 % of the face value (10.50 % per annum). According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals on the results of subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information are settled, the subscription is completed.
