Bonds KZ2P00009947 (MFSCb3) of "Swiss Capital" MFO passed listing procedure in "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, August 3, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 3, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00009947 ($100, $10.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on the offering of bonds; 30/360) of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first one under the first bond program of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on July 10, 2023 in the amount of USD50.0 million. The financial consultant of "Swiss Capital" MFO LLP is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFSCb3.
