/KASE, August 2, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange)
announces that an initial offering of bonds KZ2P00009947 ($100, $10.0 mln; 2
years; the monthly coupon will be determined based on the results of the first
successful trades on the placement of bonds; 30/360) of "Swiss Capital" MFO
LLP (Almaty) is planned to be conducted in KASE's trading system on August 4,
2023 by way of subscription to them. This subscription will be conducted
provided said bonds are included in KASE official list.
Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller) will act as the seller
during the subscription to the said bonds.
The total face value of bonds being offered – 5,000,000 US dollar.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on August 4, 2023 from 10:30 to
12:30 o'clock, Astana time. Only limit orders will be collected during the
subscription.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is August 4, 2023; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is August 4, 2023; the settlement date and
time is August 4, 2023, 13:30 o'clock, Astana time. The Central Securities
Depository JSC will carry out the settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to the terms of this subscription, the surname, first name, patronymic
(if any) of an individual or the name of a legal entity are provided as
additional information about the investor disclosed to the Seller of the said
bonds.
