Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE "about the conclusion on July 25, 2023 of
Supplement No. 10 to the Contract ... for the exploration and production of
hydrocarbons in the area (Block A) in Qyzylorda, Qaraghandy and Aqtobe
regions between the Ministry of Energy Republic of Kazakhstan (Authority) and
the Company (Subsoil user)".
