Bonds KZ2P00009871 (CLSGb2) of Capital Leasing Group pass listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, July 31, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on July 31, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00009871 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Capital Leasing Group LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first one under the first bond program of Capital Leasing Group LLP registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on June 30, 2023 in the amount of 10.0 billion tenge. The financial consultant of Capital Leasing Group LLP is Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) CLSGb2.
