/KASE, July 24, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on July 21, 2023, the Listing
Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the
following bonds of Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of
KASE official list's main market:
- KZ2C00009892 (HCBNb9; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 2 years; half-year
coupon, 16.50 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2C00009918 (HCBNb10; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 3 years; half-year
coupon, 16.50 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2C00009926 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; half-year coupon, 16.50
% per annum; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is July 24, 2023.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
