/KASE, July 20, 2023/ – Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 19, 2023 on issuing
625,000 common shares within the limits of authorized shares at a price of
KZT16,000 on the over-the counter market among shareholders in line with the
preemptive purchase right.
