Bonds of Home Credit Bank of three issues passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, July 21, 2023/ – On July 21, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00009892 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 2 years; half-year coupon, 16.50 % per annum; 30/360); - KZ2C00009918 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 3 years; half-year coupon, 16.50 % per annum; 30/360); - KZ2C00009926 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; half-year coupon, 16.50 % per annum; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. Issues of these bonds are the fourth, fifth and sixth ones under the third bond program of Home Credit Bank JSC, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 21, 2018 for a total amount of KZT150.0 bn. The financial consultant of Home Credit Bank JSC is Centras Securities JSC (Almaty). These bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) HCBNb9, HCBNb10 and HCBNb11, respectively. More detailed information on the issues of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-07-21]
