/KASE, July 20, 2023/ – POSITIVE-A JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the sole shareholder dated June 8, 2023:
- to approve the company's financial statements based on the results of
financial and economic activities for 2022;
- not to pay dividends based on the results of the company's financial and
economic activities for 2022.
