/KASE, July 14, 2023/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 12, 2023, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's executive body:
- excluded: Sun Yanda – general director;
- appointed: Tian Kejian – general director (from the date of receipt of a
permit to attract foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan and a visa from
the competent authority for the above position);
- appointed: Qiao Renchun – the acting general director.
