/KASE, July 14, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company
JSC (Aqtau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting
of shareholders dated July 10, 2023, the following changes were made in the
composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: N. Aitzhanov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, K. Maksutov
– member of the Board of Directors, Y. Sagynbaev – independent director;
- elected: S. Idrisov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, E. Denisova –
member of the Board of Directors, Zh. Bralinova – independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Mangistau
Regional Electricity Network Company JSC consists of six people: S. Idrisov, E.
Denisova, A. Shapagatqyzy, D. Shakirt, D. Baizhanov, Zh. Bralinova.
