From July 19, bonds KZ2P00007743 (MFCCb1) of Microfinance organization "Ccloan.kz" excluded from KASE official list due to cancellation

/KASE, July 19, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from July 19, 2023, bonds KZ2P00007743 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, MFCCb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 03.11.21 – 03.11.23; semi-annual coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "Ccloan.kz" LLP (Almaty) are excluded from KASE official list due to their cancellation. This decision was made on the basis of a notification from Microfinance organization "Ccloan.kz" LLP dated July 18, 2023 and a certificate from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on the cancellation of these bonds from July 13, 2023. On July 13, 2023, the cancellation of these bonds was registered in the accounting system of Central Securities Depository JSC. These bonds have been the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market since July 16, 2021. Trading in them opened since February 2, 2022. [2023-07-19]
