/KASE, July 13, 2023/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Qaraghandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on August 14, 2023
at 12:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on amendments to a major interested party transaction;
- on amendments to a major interested party transaction.
