listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release dated July 10, 2023:

Hereby, Forpost LLP (hereinafter – the Partnership) informs that as part of the
ongoing development of the Ushshoqy field, in terms of the construction of an
enrichment plant, the Partnership carried out the following activities during
April – June of the current year:
- the terms of reference for the design work were developed;
- technical conditions for connecting communications were received;
- sites for the construction of production facilities were prepared;
- procurement of equipment for the leaching plant is carried out;
- HOWO dump trucks and Lonking ZL50NK wheel loader were purchased.
The Partnership also began work to provide Internet communications at the
deposit, which will automate the accounting and control of products being mined
and processed, systematize the process of obtaining operational information
from the mine and reduce production costs as a whole.
These measures are aimed at the timely launch of the factory, the ultimate goal
of which is to process the entire volume of ore mined and switch to higher
value- added products.
