its bonds officially listed on the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an audit report of the 2022 consolidated
financial statements of the company.

Audit of the 2022 financial statements of the company was carried out by ALMIR
CONSULTING LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial
statements fairly present, in all material respects, financial position of
Microfinance Organization Credit Time LLP and its subsidiary as of December
31, 2022, as well as their financial results and cash flows for the period
ending on that date, in compliance with the IFRS.
