/KASE, July 4, 2023/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), with its shares officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the
following persons are excluded from the Board of Directors on their own
initiative:
- Ormanov M.K. – Chairman of the Board of Directors from July 17, 2023;
- Orazbekov M.A. – Member of the Board of Directors from July 15, 2023.
Given the made changes, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC now
consists of four people. These are Kurmanbayev T.N., Agostini Vinicius Alves,
Adrian Freysine, Martinez Lopez Alberto.
