/KASE, July 4, 2023/ – National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC
(Astana), with its bonds officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), informed KASE that by decision of the sole shareholder dated June 19,
2023, the following changes are made in the composition of the Board of
Directors of the company:
- Baydauletov N.T. was expelled;
- Irubayev K.K. was elected.
Given the changes made, the Board of Directors of National Company
Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC includes nine people: Lavrinenko Yu.I., Ulf
Vokurka, Irubayev K.K., Berdigulov E.K., Auganov G.K., John McKay, Shirhuber
Alexander Andreas, Nurbayeva N.N., Sauranbayev N.E.
