the 2022 consolidated financial statements of the company.

Audit of the 2022 financial statements of the company was carried out by Moore
Kazakhstan LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial
statements fairly present, in all material respects, financial position of
Karazhyra JSC and its subsidiaries as of 31 December 2022, as well as its
performance and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in compliance with
the IFRS.
