With respect to appointments to committees of the Board of Directors and the
Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC
Committees of the Board of Directors of the Company
In connection with election of a new composition of the Board of Directors of
NAC Kazatomprom JSC (hereinafter referred to as Kazatomprom or the Company) at
the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company on June 21,
2023, by the Board of Directors of the Company by its decision dated June 29,
2023, determined the following compositions of the committees of the Board of
Directors of Kazatomprom:
1. Audit Committee consisting of 3 (three) people:
1) Zhubayev Armanbai Saparbaevich – Chairman of the Committee;
2) Sidikov Nodir Saidovich – member of the committee;
3) Argingazin Arman Anuarbekovich – member of the committee.
2. HSE Committee consisting of 3 (three) people:
1) Argingazin Arman Anuarbekovich – Chairman of the Committee;
2) Berdigulov Ernat Kudaibergenovich – member of the committee;
3) Sidikov Nodir Saidovich – member of the committee.
3. Nominaition and Remuneration Committee consisting of 3 (three) people:
1) Argingazin Arman Anuarbekovich – Chairman of the Committee;
2) Zhubayev Armanbay Saparbayevich – member of the committee;
3) Otynshiev Elzhas Muratovich – member of the committee.
4. Committee for Strategic Planning and Investments consisting of 3 (three)
people:
4) Sidikov Nodir Saidovich – Chairman of the Committee;
5) Argingazin Arman Anuarbekovich – member of the committee;
6) Zhanadil Yernar Beysenovich – member of the committee.
Management Board of the Company
According to the decision of the Board of Directors dated June 29, 2023,
Kosherbayev Dastan, Chief Commercial Officer, Omarbekov Kuanysh, Chief
Operating Officer, and Magazhanov Mukhit, Head of Administration, were included
into the Management Board effective from June 29, 2023.
Thus, currently, the Management Board of Kazatomprom includes:
- Mukanov Yerzhan, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board;
- Omarbekov Kuanysh, Chief Operating Officer;
- Kosherbayev Dastan, Chief Commercial Officer;
- Sarymsakov Dosbolat, Chief Nuclear Fuel Cycle Officer;
- Aldongarov Alibek, Chief HR and Digitalisation Officer;
- Magazhanov Mukhit, Head of Administration.
