/KASE, June 26, 2023/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), with its shares officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE that on August 01,
2023 at 10:00 a.m. it starts an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders. Its agenda includes the issue “Approval of Regulations on payment
of remuneration and compensation of expenses to independent directors of Maten
Petroleum JSC”.
