/KASE, June 23, 2023/ – Transtelecom JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 20, 2023, D. Kozhasbaev was
elected the Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Transtelecom
JSC consists of six persons: D. Kozhasbaev, E. Minavar, G. Donenbai, M.
Akhmetov, A. Baimyrzauly, K. Kassymov.
