/KASE, June 22, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on June 22, 2023 made a decision to include
bonds KZ2P00009863 (MFRFb7; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on the
offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana)
in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is June 22, 2023.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
