/KASE, June 22, 2023/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release dated 22, 2023:

"KazTransOil" JSC hereby informs that in accordance with Article 22.1(9-2) of
the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Natural Monopolies", by the Order of
the Chairman of the Natural Monopolies Regulation Committee under the Ministry
of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20 June 2023 No.85-OD
approved the tariff and tariff estimate of "KazTransOil" JSC for regulated
service on oil transportation to the Republic of Kazakhstan domestic market via
the main pipelines for 2021-2025 in amount of KZT4 849,39 / ton per 1000 km
(net of VAT).
This tariff will be effective from July 1, 2023.
